LiFee+ Australia is an online motoring community offering benefits such as rewards, discounts and events to our members.
How can I join Lifee+?
All you have to do is sign up with us through our website homepage, select a package access auto-shop partners rewards depending on your subscription level. You will be sent your membership logins via email for your dashboard portal instantly.
Is Lifee+ available Australia-Wide?
Yes, LIFEE+ is available to residents across Australia excluding the States of ACT and SA.
Is the VIP payment automatic?
Yes, your payment will be automatically debited from your card each month. You’ll get a confirmation email each time your payment is received with your receipt.
How do I cancel Lifee+?
Yes, you can cancel your VIP subscription at anytime. To cancel your VIP membership please log into your online account after your purchase with your login credentials emailed to you. Go to ‘Subscription’ –> ‘View’ –> ‘Cancel’.
My subscription payment failed, How do I pay for it now?
If your subscription fails, you’ll receive and email from us to let you know. We will then automatically try a few more times over the following week. If all of these fail, your account will be placed on a temporary hold.
To make a payment, you’ll need to access your online account. Once logged in, please go to ‘Orders’ and pay for the most recent order. This will reactivate your subscription and re-instate all of your accumulated entries.

How do I access the other member discounts?
The member discounts can be accessed through your online account. Once logged in, please go to ‘Membership’ –> ‘View’ –> ‘View’ Members Discount
