LIFEE+ Memberships
Welcome to Media Group Australia (ABN 16 680 631 903) trading as LIFEE+ (LifeePlus, ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’) We offer users the ability to access VIP membership discount rewards programs. These terms and conditions apply to any users that are granted memberships.
By using our website or accessing membership, you also agree to our Website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Please read these terms and conditions and Privacy Policy carefully before you purchase a LIFEE+ membership. For more information regarding our use of your personal information and opt-out procedures, refer to our Privacy Policy.
1. VIP MEMBERSHIPS
Eligibility criteria
To be eligible for membership, users must:
- be at least 18 years of age;
- comply with our Website Terms and Conditions;
- be currently residing in Australia;
- not be employees of Lifee+, their immediate family members (parents, spouses, domestic partners, siblings and children) or any other person residing in their household; and
- not have been previously disqualified by LIFEE+ in any previous prize draws for any reason.
VIP Club memberships are provided as a subscription. By accessing VIP or a one-time membership package, you will get access to the Lifee+, members discounts platform with access depending on your tier level. Your subscription will be direct debited until you or we cancel your subscription in accordance with these terms and conditions.

VIP discounts
VIP discounts provided at any level of membership are subject to the terms and conditions set out either by LIFEE+ or as provided by the relevant partner. VIP discounts may be updated at any time, and the brand offerings shown on our website may not be accurate or available at the time you access our website.
LIFEE+ is not responsible if a discount offered by a partner is changed, removed, or for any exclusions that may apply. LIFEE+ is not liable for any loss related to any use of the VIP discounts.
7-day free trial
We also provide a ‘7-day free trial’ option that is available at limited times and complements our three-tier VIP Membership packages. This trial period grants users access to our database of promotional offers.
*Note: Only 1 trial per user is allowed. We allow the right to decline multiple attempts to re-join our membership if the same location or user details are used multiple times.
The free trial provides you with an opportunity to see how membership works before paying for a membership tier.
You will be automatically billed after your free trial period ends using your billing details entered during signup and placed on the selected billing plan you have chosen. To cancel, you will need to email us directly at hello@lifeeplus.com at least 24 hours before your trial period expires.
Entries into promotional draws
Entries accrue for every month that VIP members hold membership. The number of entries that accrue will depend on the membership tier that you hold during that month.
Members are able to accumulate entries on a monthly basis for the duration of their membership. The accumulated entries are subject to our sole discretion and are awarded based on your level of membership, how many draws in a month and how long you hold your membership.
VIP membership entries into promotional draws are generated before the relevant promotion period commences. Please check the LIFEE+ member portal via www.lifestylegoplus.com/login to view your entries. If your entries are not showing inside your portal, contact us at hello@lifeeplus.com
You must read these terms in conjunction with the relevant promotion’s terms and conditions. Entries into promotional draws are subject to these membership terms and conditions as well as those for a particular promotion.
Upgrade or downgrade of VIP membership
If you want to upgrade or downgrade your VIP membership, you can do so at any time through your LIFEE+ portal. Any changes to your VIP membership will come into effect at the start of the next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds or discounts if your membership is upgraded or downgraded during a billing cycle.
2. TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP AND FREE TRIALS
You may terminate your membership subscription at any time, at least 7 days prior from the end of your monthly billing renewal period. Free-Trial periods can be cancelled if you give us at least 24 hours’ notice with your intention to cancel in writing by emailing our team at hello@lifeeplus.com
If you terminate your membership, your membership benefits will continue until the end of your current membership term. Once the current membership term has expired, you will no longer be billed and all benefits will cease.
Except in accordance with Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (Australian Consumer Law) or if we cancel your subscription without cause, you will not be entitled to a prorated refund of any portion of the Membership fees paid for the then current subscription term.
Once the cancellation process is complete, you will be sent a confirmation email. No refund will be offered if you cancel your membership mid-billing cycle.
Cancellation of your membership will not remove you from our marketing database. To remove yourself from our marketing database you must click the unsubscribe link in the promotional email or SMS message (as relevant) and follow the prompts.
If you hold a VIP membership and, for any reason, a direct debit for payment of your VIP membership fails, we will attempt to debit your payment method on four further occasions every five days over a 15-day period after the initial payment failure. If, after four attempts, we are unable to debit your VIP membership payment, your VIP membership and all membership benefits will be terminated.
A VIP membership can be resubscribed to at any time. You will retain all previous benefits you held under your VIP membership provided that you resubscribe within 30 days of cancelling your VIP membership or your VIP membership being cancelled by us because your direct debit was declined. You previous benefits held by you will not carry over if you do not resubscribe within 30 days.
3. AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
- to cancel your service contract with us; and
- to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.
If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion.
You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.
4. MEMBERSHIP SIGNUP BONUSES
If we offer signup bonuses, special offers or free trial periods (Bonuses), those Bonuses are only valid in accordance with the relevant terms and conditions for those Bonuses.
If you sign up to and do not cancel a free trial within the free trial period, we will automatically debit your nominated payment method in accordance with these terms and conditions.
5. CHANGE OF DETAILS
It is important for you to notify us if your name, address, contact number, email address or billing information changes. You can do this by updating your details online by logging into the online dashboard portal, by emailing us at hello@lifeeplus.com If you don’t notify us of your change of details, thus may result in you not obtaining the full benefit of your LIFEE+ membership.
6. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our partners are not liable (including in negligence) for any loss (including but not limited to indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage whatsoever which is suffered or for any personal injury, illness or death suffered or sustained in connection with LIFEE+ membership, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, implied terms (including those implied by statute, custom, law or otherwise) in relation to our website, except as expressly set out in these terms.
7. MEMBER RELEASE
We, or our partners may require you to sign a release form (containing such terms that we or our partners reasonably require) before you take possession of a prize. If you do not sign a release form within 3 days of receiving our request, we may disqualify your winning entry and you will forfeit the prize.
8. PRIZE DRAW
Any prize-winning member will be notified by phone and email within 24 hours of the draw taking place. We will also post all winning members on our social media channels and send an email to all entrants advising of the winner’s names.
If selected as a winner, you have 90 days from the date of the prize draw to claim your prize. If you fail to adhere to these terms and conditions, or the terms and conditions of any individual prize draw, you may be disqualified or unable to accept the prize.
If a winning member is unable to accept the prize, we will advise all members with valid entries by email that we will be conducting a re-draw.
Any re-draw of a prize will occur within 7 days of a notification for a re-draw and a new winner will be determined from the same entrant pool as the initial draw. No additional entries will be permitted.
9. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please check with your tax advisor regarding any tax implications arising from your use of the LIFEE+ platform or participating in our VIP membership.
We may immediately discontinue your membership or suspend you from the LIFEE+ website or from receiving benefits from the LIFEE+ platform if you:
- do anything which breaches these terms and conditions;
- breach any law in connection with the LIFEE+ platform or your participation in our promotions;
- we reasonably consider that your access to and use of our website creates a security concern for us or other users; or
- behave in a way that we reasonably believe is otherwise inappropriate or offensive.
You are not permitted to assign or attempt to assign any right or liability under these terms and conditions, including any benefits received in connection with a VIP membership, without our prior written consent.
We may, from time to time, amend these terms and conditions. The amended terms and conditions will apply from the time they are published on our website or are otherwise notified to you. If you do not accept any amendments to these terms and conditions, you may cancel your LIFEE+ membership. By continuing to use your LIFEE+ membership, you accept the terms and conditions (as amended from time to time).
We may cease offering memberships by notifying members on the LIFEE+ website or otherwise, provided that we provide sufficient notice so that the termination does not cause unreasonable financial or other detriment to members.
When you visit our website, pay for our services, contact us through social media, phone us or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on our website.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and you and LIFEE+ irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the court in Queensland, Australia.
