Refund Policy
Media Group Australia (ABN 16 680 631 903) trading as LIFEE+ (Lifee Plus, Lifee+, ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’) is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Purchasing Lifee Plus VIP memberships acquired during promotional events are non-refundable.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. For major failures, you are entitled to:
- Terminate your service contract with us; and
- Receive a refund for the unused portion or compensation for its diminished value.
- You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.
If the issue with the goods or service does not qualify as a major failure, you are entitled to have the problem resolved within a reasonable timeframe. Should this not occur, you may request a refund for the goods and cancel the service contract. Refunds or corrections will not be provided for reasons such as a change of mind or misunderstanding.
To access certain features of the Site and Service, you will need to register and create a user profile or account (Account).Eligibility is restricted to individuals aged 18 and over. During the registration process, you may be required to provide your name, address, email address, and other relevant information, as well as select a password. You agree that all information submitted to LIFEE+ for account creation (Registration Information) will be accurate, current, and complete. Failure to provide such information may result in a breach of these terms and conditions, potentially leading to the immediate termination of your Account. You are responsible for (i) promptly updating your Registration Information to ensure it remains accurate and complete; and (ii) maintaining the confidentiality of your password. When creating an Account, you must not (a) select or use the email address or username of another individual with the intent to impersonate them. You are prohibited from using a name that infringes upon the rights of any individual without proper authorization, utilizing an email address or username that is vulgar, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable, or permitting any third party to access your Account and/or password, except as explicitly outlined herein. Sharing or transferring your Account is not permitted. You must not disclose your password to anyone. You agree to promptly inform Media Group Australia Pty Ltd by sending an email to hello@lifeeplus.com regarding any known or suspected unauthorized use of your Account or any potential security breaches, including the loss, theft, or unauthorized sharing of your password.
You acknowledge and accept that you will be held accountable for all actions that occur under any Account created for your use, even if those actions were not performed by you. Media Group Australia Pty Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your password confidential.
Employees, directors, managers of LifeePlus, as well as their immediate family members (including parents, spouses, domestic partners, siblings, and children) or any other individuals residing in the same household as a Lifee+ employee, director, or manager, are ineligible to win any offered giveaways. We reserve the right to redraw if it becomes aware of any relationship that conflicts with these stipulations. Account Termination. You acknowledge and agree that you do not possess any ownership rights in your Account, and we may discontinue the Service at any time. Additionally, LIFEE+ reserves the right to cancel your Account, erase all Registration Information, and any other information you have submitted through the Site (collectively referred to as User Content) associated with your Account at any time, without prior notice, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to your violation of these terms and conditions. Media Group Australia Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the removal of any User Content from the Site.
