What are Lifee+ VIP Memberships?
The LiFEE+ VIP membership is a great way to get access to our member offers. It’s a monthly subscription that gives you access to the LiFEE+ Members Portal where you can save from official business partners and also receive accumulating entries per month into every single LiFEE+ promotion, even the one-day promotions. This is all from $19.90 per month and you can cancel anytime.
Someone messaged me on social media saying I've won. What do I do?
The message you have received is from a fake/scam account. We never contact any of our winners on social media and we never ask our community for personal details via Instagram or Facebook.
Please block and report the account that contacted you and do not click any links that they send you.
How do the accumulated entries work?
As a VIP member, the entries that you earn accumulate. For example, a Premium+ VIP member ($39.90/month) gets 5 entries each month. So, in the first month of your membership, you receive 5 entries in every draw that we hold that month. Then, after your second payment, you will have 10 entries in every draw for that month. And then 15 entries after the third payment and so on…
How do we access the LiFEE+ discount platform to start saving online?
It’s EASY, if you purchase a membership package you’ll be added to our mailing list and also receive login details to your LiFEE+ Members Dashboard.
When you are logged in, you can simply access the discounts from our official partners, update your details if need be and also see our upcoming special offers and promotions. All promotions or offers by any of our partners are subject to the applicable partner’s terms and conditions, which may be changed by the partner at its discretion.
Can I switch my membership subscription level without losing my entries?
Yes, absolutely. If a LiFEE+ VIP Member decides to upgrade/downgrade their membership to a different monthly tier, that will come into effect on your next billing cycle. Once that comes to effect, you will receive the amount of entries and access associated with that membership tier. If we generate a new promotion you will receive entries for your current subscription level month-to-month.
How do I know I am part of a promotion?
Your LiFEE+ members dashboard once you login to your account shows you everything you need to know including your entry numbers and promotions you are currently entered into. If you are a LiFEE VIP Member you are entered into every single draw automatically and you don’t need to take any action. We also send newsletters to keep you updated of any new promotions.
If I do win, how am I contacted?
If your a lucky winner as part of our major prize promotions, we will contact you (within 24 hours) from the promotion drawing time by using the phone number and email address on file in your membership profile used when you register your account.
We will also announce the winners for promotions on social media & our members newsletter.
When you sign up to LMCT+ you’ll provide your contact details, these are what are used to contact you and if you are the lucky LMCT+ winner you’ll be contacted within 24-48 hours of the promotion drawing time. The major prize winners are contacted immediately via mobile phone during the live stream.
If you are being messaged or inboxed via social media saying you’ve won a prize and to register by clicking a link, that would be a scammer so please block and report them.
How do I update my card payment details?
You can update your payment details in your members dashboard area in your account by clicking here.
Once you are logged into your members dashboard > Go to ‘Payment Methods’

Is Lifee+ a scam?
While our membership benefits might seem too good to be true, Lifee+ is definitely not a scam and 100% legit, fully licensed with the respective Australian State Governments required to run trade promotions legally and offer awesome prizes to our customers! We are a registered Australian business with an ABN (160 680 631 903) and permit numbers for all of our draws
Does LiFEE+ operate in other countries as well as Australia?
Yes, LiFEE+ or (Lifee Plus) is the Australian only brand name for our Rewards Club. We’ve successfully been operating since 2019 globally helping customers save and find better deals when shopping their favourite brands.
