Someone messaged me on social media saying I've won. What do I do?
The message you have received is from a fake/scam account.
Lifee+ will never contact any of our winners on social media and we never ask our community for personal details via Instagram or Facebook. All Lifee+ social media accounts display the verified blue tick badge across Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. We contact our winners by phone first using the phone number you provided when you register, and then email after we have spoken to the winners to organise delivery of the prizes.
Our Facebook account is a business page and therefore does not allow our team to send friend requests.
Please block and report the account that contacted you and do not click any links that they send you.
Is Lifee+ a scam?
While our membership benefits might seem too good to be true, Lifee+ is definitely not a scam and 100% legit, fully licensed with the respective Australian State Governments required to run trade promotions legally and offer awesome prizes to our customers! Can I upgrade/downgrade my subscription without losing entries?
Yes you can! Login to your Lifee+ account online: lifeeplus.com/members-login/
Once logged in head > subscriptions > View > Manage
You can upgrade or downgrade your Lifee+ VIP membership subscription and your entries will be automatically adjusted for the following months billing cycle.

How do I cancel my LiFEE+ subscription?
You can easily cancel your Lifee+ membership at any time. Simply log in to your account at www.lifeeplus.com/members-login, go to ‘Subscriptions’ → Click the ‘View Button’ → ‘Cancel’ to end your plan.
⚠️ Important: Once cancelled, all accumulated entries will reset to zero, and you’ll be removed from any upcoming draws. Please make sure before confirming your cancellation, as this action cannot be undone.
How are winners drawn?
Australian winners are drawn using an electronic random system – All Government approved, to ensure real people, have real fair chances to become a winner. No favourites here. No one-in-a-million odds. Most of our giveaways are capped at only 4,000 entrants which gives the best chances to win your favourite car. We do this by running new VIP member exclusive draws and bundle the draws to give everyone a fair chance. We offer other ways to benefit long-term members, but we think this is the only fair way to give everyone a far crack!
How do I login to Lifee+ Account?
Simply head to the Lifee+ Members Login page and sign in using the email and password you used when creating your membership.
Once logged in, you’ll be taken straight to your Members Dashboard, where you can:

Check your active membership status
Access your discount codes and rewards
If you joined using Google or Apple, click the matching login button. If you’ve forgotten your password, just select “Forgot Password?” and follow the steps to reset it.
Can I cancel during the 7-day Lifee+ free trial period?
Yes — you can cancel your Lifee+ membership anytime during the 7-day free trial period. Your card will only be charged after the trial ends, so you can explore everything risk-free.
During the trial, discount coupons and reward offers are limited, but you’ll still receive all your designated giveaway entries for your chosen membership package. It’s the perfect way to test how Lifee+ works, experience real giveaway entries during your free trial, and decide if you’d like to stay in for the upcoming draws.

Do you finance any of your vehicles?
No, we do not finance any of our promotional car giveaways, all Lifee+ vehicles have clear titles before they are awarded to winners and hand-overs. We cover all vehicle registration and shipping to your destination.
Does LiFEE+ operate in other countries as well as Australia?
Yes, LiFEE+ or (Lifee Plus) is the Australian only brand name for our Rewards Club. We’ve successfully been operating since 2019 globally helping customers save and find better deals when shopping their favourite brands. The Lifee+ name is not used outside Australia for our other Rewards Clubs.
Can I join if I'm outside Australia?
Unfortunately not. LiFEE is specifically for our Australian customers. To win Lifee+ giveaways you must be aged 18+ and an Australian resident. We run trade promotions Australia wide (excluding South Australia and ACT).
